What this guy gains in creativity and chutzpah, he loses in respect, dignity, general appeal as a human, future sex partners, the ability to be taken seriously and anything else you can think of that correlates with good.
A tattoo on your ass — a bad idea. A sports-related tattoo on your ass — even worse. A tattoo on your ass of your own face, wearing a flat brim? I can't think of anything worse you can choose to do to yourself, and that includes this. I almost really mean that.
