Santos striker Neymar, who has been linked with the likes of Barcelona, Chelsea and Real Madrid, will join Bayern Munich this summer, it has been claimed.
Neymar is arguably the most sought after player in world football today and has been linked with a number of clubs in recent months, with Juventus, Manchester City, rivals Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain all believed to be showing interest in the 21-year-old.
Barcelona are widely seen as favourites to sign the £50million-rated Brazilian, who is out of contract in July 2014, and are believed to be preparing to launch a bid for the 21-year-old when the transfer window reopens.
But although Neymar last week insisted he would not leave South America until after the 2014 World Cup in his homeland, former Santos vice-president Vicente Cascione has claimed the player will link up with former Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola at Bayern before the start of next season.
"From August this year on, the player will be part of Bayern's squad. So his next destination will not be Spain, like many expected.
