Shaping up for Next Season Part 2|Chelsea Hamilton Academical 360

The Champions of Europe Home a Brian Luiz a up for Next Time PartA2 By alexcfc8 a 10, 2013 Part 1AIn the second part I am planning to talk about the pivot inside our midfield that will be crucial to the way we secure as without this we'd get over run by groups. What we needWhat we require in the Pivot is two people who both do a similar transfer of attacking and defending or one for only defending and one who gets up and down the pitch. A Ball winnerEvery Centre midfield or Pivot needs a ball success and we have two in the form of Mikel and Oriol Romeu. Eventhough Mikel is not the best tackler he is good at intercepting resistance passes, breaking down their play and is nevertheless very good at reading the sport and is very strong in the air. I know every one moans (I put my arms as much as this) about his one dimensional passing of back again to the defense or passing it square and the actual fact he hasnt obtained since he signed for us but that wasnat why he was signed, in the last two time we'd have already been a great deal worse off than we're now if it wasn't for Mikel consistency. He's turning out to be the ball player that everyone was hoping he'd become, he's becoming an intrinsic section of our team and the difference can be seen by you between him playing and not playing in recent activities. Oriol Romeu knows how exactly to tackle and to tackle hard. He is difficult in the tackle and can browse the game well but much less great as Mikel but in time he may, he can spot a move as well being it short or long. We bought Romeu from Barca and he understands as we have produced our very own style of passing that is like the tiki taka however not entirely the exact same the tiki taka play style which will be good. With him injured though right now his improvement has haulted but he did have a good 1st period for people helping with the rotation with Mikel, Lampard, Ramires and Raul Meireles and has worked well. This is actually the major reason why we did not get anyone for the rocker and caught with the four we have today. Romeuas damage has come as a strike though as he was getting used and rotated well and he has been ruled out for the season regrettably. Box to BoxRamires is a to box midfielder in a sense as he appears to perhaps not stop running for the team up and down the message, he an abundance of strength and keeps on going he's very useful near the end of activities when the opposition is exhausted he burst forward whenever we counter and often gets a target ie Goal vs United in the Main City One Cup. He might improve on his passing more though as he could lose his travels sometimes. He has great speed and balance that assist him stay on his legs and hold on to the ball. He is very good at tackling as well meaning he's suited to the Pivot. Nathaniel Chalobah even though he's down as a Back for me I can see him being in the Pivot as he plays Centre Midfield for Watford and plays as a box to box person and is a lot like Ramires just less speed and stamina but the stamina can be worked on. He is good in the air and good at fixing but you would not expect other things from a center back would you though. Utility ManWe have a power but he's on mortgage at this time. Micheal Essien the Bison is on loan at Real Madrid with the man he calls aDaddya he's been in and out of the Madrid group playing mostly at right back but often addresses for Kheidira in the Pivot of theres. Essien is strong, good tackler and has a good pass and obviously he is able to take. Your proof is thered by youtube Essien vs Barcelona. He's never really returned to that particular high amount of old and found first group basketball hard ahead by since these injuries and has nevertheless been blighted with injuries as of late. PlaymakerJosh McEachran is on Loan at Middlesborough and is getting some valuable experience as well and earning a lot of respect. He has great vision, exceptional passing and he may go past a player. Josh was tipped to be the replacement Lampard just left footed. He came into the frame under Ancelotti who was trying to bring the promising youngster into the frame. However after Carlo was sacked Josh type of melted away back once again to the reserve staff. He's the capacity to perform at the most truly effective level and I actually do believe he's a future at Chelsea. He would be put by david Luiz I under Utility but he can turn into a faster more skilled Xabi Alonso with him having dangerous passing, strong in the air, ok in the handle and can get up and down the message rapidly. Luiz has been played in the pivot while Mikel was away and Romeu was hurt and he played well filling out. He showed as he was able to complete his thing readily that playing the deep lying midfielder role might be his calling and still had address behind him unlike centre back. In general ThemI think that Mikel, Romeu and Ramires are definately going to playing in the Pivot and can see McEachran being involved alongside Chalobah. Mark Luiz I believe can mainly be in at Centre back. Im not sure on what will eventually Essien on whether he will be bought, loaned out again or held at the club, if he is then I see both Chalobah or McEachran heading out on Loan probably Chalobah probably. He has nevertheless been blighted with injuries as of late and found first group football hard to come by since these injuries and has never truly returned compared to that favorable figure of old. As a Whole ThemI believe that Mikel, Romeu and Ramires are definately planning to playing in the Pivot and can see McEachran being involved along side Chalobah. Brian Luiz I do believe will generally be in at Centre back. Im unsure on what will occur to Essien on if he is then I, whether he'll be offered, loaned out again or kept at the club see sometimes Chalobah or McEachran going out on Loan perhaps Chalobah most likely.
