Tampa Bay Lightning fire coach Man Boucher

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) a The Tampa Bay Lightning dismissed instructor Guy Boucher on Sunday. Colleagues Martin Raymond and Dan Lacroix will reveal instruction tasks for Sunday night's game at Winnipeg. "Guy has put his heart and soul to the Lightning company for these past three years and we appreciate all of the work he's done," general director Steve Yzerman said in a statement. "But ultimately I'm unhappy with the path we are planning and I believe today building a change is in the most effective interest of our franchise." Tampa Bay is alongside last in the Eastern Conference with a 13-17-1 report. Boucher was appointed while the Lightning's seventh instructor on June 10, 2010.
